Order Processing
Once your payment is verified and design specifications (such as ring size and metal color) are confirmed via WhatsApp, your order is registered for production. Standard in-stock items are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery
We partner with secure, fully insured logistics providers to deliver your jewellery. Delivery availability is subject to coverage area and security guidelines. Standard transit takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Your dedicated Maru Gold advisor will share shipment tracking details and links directly on WhatsApp as soon as your package leaves our studio.
Custom / Made-to-Order Jewellery
Customized or bespoke jewellery pieces require meticulous hand-crafting and quality control. These orders typically require 10–15 business days for production before shipment.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, shows incorrect tracking information, or is reported lost, please contact your advisor immediately. High-value shipments require a signature and identity check upon delivery.
International Orders
For shipments outside our standard regions, customs duties, local import taxes, and international carriage logistics will be discussed and coordinated manually during the WhatsApp ordering process.
