Atelier Presentation & Authenticity
Maru Gold operates exclusively with authenticated fine metals and stones. Every creation leaving our atelier is verified against current bullion rates, accompanied by its respective BIS hallmarking verification or gemstone certification.
Pricing & Bullion Coordination
Because precious metals and rare gemstones fluctuate with international bullion exchanges, prices confirmed at the time of your deposit or purchase are locked and protected. Quotations remain valid for 24 hours.
Orders & Payments
Product availability and the final payable amount are recalculated by our systems when an order is submitted. Online orders are confirmed only after the payment provider verifies payment; cash-on-delivery orders remain subject to acceptance and fulfilment checks. A displayed price or an incomplete payment attempt does not create a confirmed order.
Bespoke Commissions & Customization
Custom commissions begin upon approval of 3D designs or material selections. Because bespoke pieces are handcrafted exclusively for the patron, custom pieces cannot be cancelled once casting has commenced.
Secure Logistics & Inspection
All domestic dispatches are handled through specialized armoured logistics providers with full transit insurance. Risk passes upon personal handover verification at your designated delivery coordinates.
Returns, Exchange & Buyback
Standard non-custom pieces are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of verified receipt, provided they remain in unworn condition with original tamper-evident security tags and certificates intact.
Intellectual Property
All jewelry designs, photography, branding elements, typography, and atelier archives displayed on this website are the proprietary property of Maru Gold Jewels.

These terms may be updated when necessary. The latest version published on the website will apply immediately to all active inquiries, coordinates, and purchase requests.
